Terms and Conditions

  1. All cars must have a minimum 6 months MOT if a cars has less than 6 months a full year should be paid unless this is a renewal of cover.

  2. All cars maybe subject to a pre-check before cover starts.

  3. All cars should have no pre-existing problems or faults any car with pre-existing problems or faults can still be covered with additional cost.

  4. All cars will be given a full service within 4 months of start of cover.

  5. Tyres and Alloy wheels are not covered.

  6. Body panels, dents, scratches and corrosion are not covered

  7. Accident damage is not covered

  8. Interior upholstry carpets and matts,seats and seat coverings are not covered

  9. All stereo incar entertainment and sat nav equipment is not covered

  10. All keys and spare keys are not covered.

  11. Upon enquiry for a new policy a date will be given for a health check of the car (usually within 48 hrs). Once a health check is complete and both parties are happy a payment will be taken and cover will start. All customers will recieve a copy of the health check for there car on completion.

  12. Repairs are done to the value of the car.

  13. CarCareScheme have the right to refuse cover.

  14. CarCareScheme have the right to cancel cover if a claim is thought to be fraudulent.

  15. CarCareScheme will charge the full yearly amount if a client cancels the policy after having repairs done.

  16. A fee of £25 will be charged when the MOT is due to cover the cost of the MOT

  17. EV and Hybrid batteries are not covered
